All sports have their 'uniform' and golf is no exception. At Wareham, we understand that attitudes to dress evolve and know that the major golf clothing brands and some top Pros constantly push at the boundaries of 'traditional' golf attire.
Our dress code is best described as relaxed, smart causal and perhaps best defined by what is not acceptable, whilst not being overly restrictive.
We respectively ask you respect the code and dress appropriately, both on the course and in the Clubhouse.
Please do not be offended if a member of staff or a Board members asks you to:
* Change into different attire
* Move to a different part of the clubhouse or terrace
* Leave the clubhouse/course
We ask that you show respect to those delivering the message as they are carrying out decisions made by the Board.
If you are unsure of the suitability of your attire, please check with a member of Proshop staff.
Children under the age of 12 are not governed by specific dress regulations, but are expected to be tidily dressed and responsibly supervised.
